공교육의 인적.물적 조건의 정비에 관한 제이론과 그 실제를 강의하는 것을 교수목표로 한다. 따라서 먼저 교육행정의 의미.원리.과정등에 관한 내용을 통하여 교육행정의 개념을 파악하고, 이어 교육행정이론의 발달을 연대순으로 검토하며, 교육행정의 조직과 작용에 관한 제이론을 탐구한다. 그 실제에 관한 연구로 우리나라의 중앙교육행정조직과 지방교육행정조직, 교육인사행정론에 대해 살펴본다. 한편 학교 및 학급경영론에 대한 제반 이론들을 검토하고, 실제적 운영 방안에 대해 살펴본다.
교과목해설(영문)
The goal of this class is to lecture about theory and reality of managing human and physical condition in public education. Therefore, students will first grasp the concept of educational administration through materials about meaning, principle, and process of educational administration. After that, they will chronologically review the development of educational administration theory and study theory about the educational administration organization and effect. More specifically, Korea's central education administration organization, district education administration organization, and education human resource administration theory are covered. On the other hand, school and class management theory is reviewed, and its realistic management plan is discussed.
